d) In the event of any damage/faults, switch the device off immediately and pull the
mains plug out of the plug socket. Do not use the device again. Contact the customer
service department.
e) Never use the device without the air fi lter inserted!
f) Never leave the device unattended when it is switched on or connected to the mains.
Pull out the mains plug when taking lengthy breaks and before all maintenance and
cleaning work or similar tasks on the device. This will prevent the device from starting
up unintentionally.
g) Never use the device without any coating materials in the paint container! This may
cause increased wear to the pump!
h) Do not overfi ll the paint container! Note the markings denoting the fi ll level on the
paint container!
i) Always keep the handle and the gripping surface dry, clean and free of grease to
ensure that the device can be held securely and fi rmly during use.
j) Make sure that the ventilation slots of the device are not covered during use.
k) Avoid accidental start-ups. Do not press down on the spray trigger when you are
connecting the device to a power supply, picking it up or carrying it.
l) Only carry the paint spray gun by holding the handle.
m) Pay attention to the weather conditions if you are working outside.
n) Do not drop the device or allow it to be knocked violently.
o) Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, wide temperature variations,
moisture or direct sunlight.
p) Make sure that type plates and safety instructions on the device are always easy to
read. Indecipherable and damaged plates must be replaced.
q) Always store the device in a dry, clean place that is not accessible to children and
animals.
