Fault: Fans do not operate.

reason why it
triggered.
If necessary,
exchange the
differential
pressure
controller.

 Check front
cover.
 Safety device for

has triggered.
8. Installation preparations
8.1 Transport
The ventilation unit is delivered on a palette.
● Adhere to the valid safety and accident
prevention regulations for transportation.
● The permitted maximum load for lifting
gear, chains, ropes, etc. must be sufficient
for the total weight of the ventilation unit.
● Nobody should ever stand under a
suspended load.
8.2 Requirements at the installation
site
● Room with an ambient temperature from
+ 10...+ 40 °C, e.g. in the cellar or in the
loft.
● Level, hard installation surface. This is
important in order to avoid vibration-based
noises.
● Siphon for condensation run-off. Sufficient
incline for the condensation drain.
Condensation drain with drain tap.
● Working room for operative and mainte-
nance work: at least 70 cm in front of the
unit.
● Wall mounting possible only with the
special wall holder, see Chapter 11,
Accessories. Only install the ventilation unit
on a wall with sufficient load-bearing
capacity. Prescribed is a solid wall with at

least 200 kg/m .
