Precautions
– Before using your Lady-Comp for the first time, please read these
instructions carefully and keep them in a safe place for later reference.
– Before you start using your Lady-Comp, you need to entirely discontinue
hormonal methods of birth control.
– Lady-Comp is not suitable if you are undergoing hormonal treatment,
or if you are using hormonal methods of birth control.
– Important: The first bleeding after stopping the pill or other hormonal
contraceptive methods is a hormonal withdrawal bleeding and not a
menstruation. DO NOT enter this bleeding as a menstruation.
– Lady-Comp does not protect you from sexually transmitted diseases.
– Never chew on the sensor.
– Take care that the appliance or parts thereof are not swallowed.
– WARNING: The device must not be modified.
– WARNING: Avoid using Lady-Comp at or less than 30 cm away from other
electrical equipment, as this could result in improper operation.
– WARNING: Use of accessories, cables or equipment other than those
specified in this document may cause electrical interference or lead to
failure of Lady-Comp.
– Do not expose your Lady-Comp to high temperatures (e.g. boiling water).
– Do not expose your Lady-Comp to direct sunlight for long periods of time.
– Only take measurements in your mouth.
– Do not insert the measuring sensor too far into your mouth.
– Do not take measurements if the housing, the cable or the measurement
sensor is broken.
– Do not take measurements if you have an injury in your mouth.
– Do not expose your Lady-Comp to heavy mechanical loads.
– Only take measurements when the USB cable is NOT connected.
