Take a section that is not wider than 5cm. Place it between the
straightening plates and press the handles of the appliance firmly
together.
The sonic vibration starts (see section 'Sonic vibration').

Slide the straightener down the length of the hair in 5 seconds,
from root to hair end, without stopping to prevent
overheating (Fig. 4).

Repeat this process after 20 seconds until you have achieved the
desired look.

Let your hair cool down. Do not comb or brush it before it has
cooled down, as this would ruin the hairstyle you have just created.
sonic vibration
The appliance is equipped with sonic vibration. When you switch on the
appliance, the word 'SONIC' appears on the display. The vibration does
not start when you switch on the appliance, but when you press the
straightening plates together. To switch the sonic vibration on and off, use
the sonic vibration on/off button.
Note: When the sonic vibration is on, the plates make a rattling sound when
they are only slightly in contact. This does not affect the performance of the
appliance.

To switch off the sonic vibration, press and hold the sonic vibration
on/off button until the word 'SONIC' disappears from the display.
The sonic vibration is now switched off.

To switch on the sonic vibration again, press the sonic vibration on/
off button until the word 'SONIC' appears on the display.
The sonic vibration is now switched on.

cleaning
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it
under the tap.

Switch off the appliance and unplug it.
