DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY (CE)

- Torredembarra, SPAIN, declares that the water pump GREENCUT GWP200X, as from 2016 series onwards, are in
accordance with the requirements of the applicable European Parliament Directives and of the Council:
• The Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament Directives and of the Council published on 17th
May 2006 regarding machines and which was modified by the 95/16/CE Directive.
• Directive 2014/30 / EU of the European Parliament Directives and of the Council of 26th February 2014 on the
harmonization of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility (recast).
• Commission Directive 2012/46 / EU of 6th December 2012 amending Directive 97/68 / EC of the European
Parliament Directives and of the Council on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to
measures against the emission of gases and particulate pollutants from internal combustion engines installed in
non-road vehicles mobile machinery.
• Directive 2005/88 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14th December 2005, amending
Directive 2000/14 / EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States concerning noise emissions in the
environment due to machines for outdoor use.
The product delivered coincides with the prototype that was submitted for CE exam.
