IX. TROUBLESHOOTING
- Nothing works (the device does not start).
- If there is current in the wall socket (possibly check
by plugging in a small device, eg a hand blender, hair
dryer, etc.).
- Check if the power cord is properly connected.
- Make sure the thermostat is in the operating position.
- Set the thermostat to a lower value.
- The refrigerator has been filled with (hot) food.
- Frequent opening of the door.
- The refrigerator is exposed to the sun or is located
near a heat source.
- Inadequate ventilation.
- Door not properly closed (the door has collapsed, the
seal may be worn or damaged).
- Set the thermostat to a lower value.
- Keep vegetables with a high water content away from
the rear wall of the refrigerator.
- Check whether the appliance is resting firmly on the
floor, whether the operation of the refrigeration unit does
not cause furniture or nearby objects to vibrate. Please
ensure that all parts attached to the back wall can
vibrate freely; if necessary, separate slightly, by bending
them, the parts which touch this wall.
- The appliance must be placed horizontally on firm
ground, as this is the only way to guarantee an
unobstructed circulation of the refrigerant and therefore
optimum operation of the appliance.
- The accessories in the refrigerator are incorrectly
positioned.
- Make sure that the food is hermetically packed.
- Food preservation problem.
- Clean the inside of the refrigerator.
- The ambient temperature is too low.
