OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
2. Collection Bag Fitting
The blower/vacuum comes supplied with a
40 L capacity leaf bag. The vacuum bag
connects to the hole in the bottom of the motor
housing. Insert the coupling on the collection
bag into the assembly on the motor housing.
Then connect the support strap to the bracket
on the blower/vacuum tube (see Fig 3).

3. Connecting the Shoulder Strap
To help support the unit during operation, a
shoulder strap has been provided. Connect
the clip on the strap to the metal bracket on
the motor housing located between the main
handle and the auxiliary handle (see Fig 4).
OPERATION
1)Wear suitable clothing and work gloves
when working with the device.
2)Make sure that the collection bag and the
vacuum tube are assembled correctly and that
the shoulder strap is adjusted correctly.
3)Make sure the device is functioning properly
before every use.
4)Make sure all controls are in good working
condition before using.
1. On/Off Switch
The blower/vac can be turned <ON> by sliding
the switch on the main handle backward. To
turn the blower/vac <OFF> simply push the
switch forward.

2. Adjusting Auxiliary Support Handle
The auxiliary handle can be adjusted to suit
the operator. To adjust the handle, simply
loosen the adjusting knob by turning it counter-
clockwise, move the handle into the desired
position and retighten the adjusting knob by
turning it clockwise (see Fig 5)
3. Blower/Vacuum Function
Before changing the operating mode, it is
absolutely necessary that the power switch be
turned <OFF>.
The blower/vacuum may be operated in the
following two modes :
• As a suction device for garden debris
such as dry leaves. The unit also acts as a
shredder. The dry leaves are shredded as
they are drawn into the unit and collected in
