3. Montage
Der Anschluss erfolgt an der Position W, siehe
nachfolgende Abbildungen. Gewindedichtmittel
verwenden, z.B. Loctite 566.
Anzugsdrehmoment der Einspritzdüsen: 29 Nm.
Betrieb mit Leistungsregelung oder Frequen-
zumformertechnik ist nicht erlaubt.
Es dürfen nur Original Bock Einspritzdüsen
verwendet werden, ansonsten erlischt der
Gewährleistungsanspruch. Bei Verwendung
von nicht geeigneten Einspritzdüsen besteht
die Gefahr von Flüssigkeitsschlägen.
Zum Schutz vor thermischer Überlastung
empfehlen wir die Verwendung eines Wärme-
schutzthermostates.

Die Vierzylinder Verdichter HG34e / HG44e
werden jeweils mit einer Einspritzdüse
ausgerüstet.
HG56e
W

Der Sechszylinder Verdichter HG56e wird
mit zwei unterschiedlichen Einspritz-
düsen ausgerüstet. Einspritzdüse 51884
wird entsprechend Abb. 3 montiert, Ein-
spritzdüse 51768 wird entsprechend
Abb. 4 montiert. Diese Platzierung muss
eingehalten werden.

Connecting at position W, see following pictures.
Use thread sealant, e.g. Loctite 566.
Tightening torque of the orifice: 29 Nm.
Operation with capacity regulator or frequency
converter is not allowed.
Only original Bock orifice may be used, other-
wise the warranty ceases.
If inappropriate orifices are used, there is a
danger of slugging.
To protect against thermal overheating we
recommend using a thermal protection ther-
mostat.
HG44e
Four cylinder compressors HG34e / HG44e
are equipped with one orifice each.
HG56e
4
Six cylinder compressor HG56e is
equipped with two different orifices.
Orifice 51884 is mounted in accordance
with Fig. 3; Orifice 51768 is mounted in
accordance with Fig. 4. This placement
must be maintained.
Risk of compressor damage!
3. Montage
Le raccord se fait sur la position W, voir les illu-
strations ci-après. Utiliser un produit d'étanchéité,
par ex. Loctite 566.
Couple de serrage des orifices d'injection : 29 Nm.
Le fonctionnement avec électrovanne de
régulation de puissance ou avec variateur de
fréquence n'est pas permis.
Seules les orifices d'injection fournies par
Bock doivent être utilisées, dans le cas
contraire notre garantie n'est plus valide.
L'utilisation d'orifices d'injection non adaptés,
présente un risque d'un coup de liquide. Pour
vous protéger contre la surchauffe thermique,
nous vous recommandons d'utiliser un ther-
mostat de protection thermique.

Les compresseurs à quatre cylindres
HG34e / HG44e sont chacun équipés d'un
orifice d'injection.
Le compresseur à six cylindres HG56e
est équipé de deux orifices d'injection
différents. Monter l' orifice d'injection
51884 conformément à l'ill. 3, monter
l' orifice d'injection 51768 conformé-
ment à l'ill. 4. Cette disposition doit être
respectée.
Risques de dommages au niveau du
compresseur !
