3. Install the Foot Control Unit
Align the screw holes and place the base onto the back of the
valve. Secure with three flathead screws.
Connect the lavatory or sink supply to the valve outlet using the
supply manufacturer's instructions.
Secure the valve assembly to the finished wall with three flathead
screws (not provided). Follow the roughing-in instructions that
are packed with the foot control valve.
Connect the cold and hot water supplies to the valve.
Slide the cover over the valve assembly. Ensure that the cover
does not have contact with a foot pedal. If a pedal touches the
cover, remove the cover and adjust the foot pedal.
To adjust a foot pedal, loosen the hex nut. Turn the adjustment
screw counterclockwise until the foot pedal can no longer touch
the cover. If more than one foot pedal is installed ensure that both
foot pedals are even. Tighten the hex nuts.
Turn on the main water supply. Use the key provided to fully
open the valve supply stops. Check for leaks. Repair as needed.
Slide the cover over the valve assembly. Secure with a plated
screw.
