Fondue With Cheese
1. Prepare your cheese fondue to a recipe in the fondue pot.

Hot Stone

ATTENTION!
Danger of injury! The stone will become very hot during use!
Before you fi rst use the hot stone, rub some heat-resistant cooking oil into it.
We recommend that you only season the ingredients after you have prepared them
on the raclette device as the herbs and spices can burn if they get too hot and this
may cause smoke to be produced.
1. Prepare the raclette device in the manner described in the "Raclette" chapter.
2. Place the hot stone into the recess in the middle of the raclette grill plate and allow it
to heat up. Make sure that the stone is placed in the recess with the smooth side with
the groove in it facing upwards.
3. Place meat or vegetables onto the hot stone and turn the food from time to time until
it is cooked.
4. If necessary, use a brush to dab some oil onto the hot stone so that the food does not
become stuck to it.

Cleaning and Storage

ATTENTION!
Danger of scalding from hot device parts! Allow the device to cool down before
cleaning it.
Danger to life due to electrocution! Remove the plug from the mains socket before
cleaning the device. Never immerse the raclette device, the mains cable or the plug
in water. Never clean the raclette device in the dishwasher.
Do not spray cleaning agents directly onto the device.
Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the device. These could
damage the surface. Do not use metal objects.
After each use, remove all food residues and rinse the raclette grill plate, the hot
stone, the little raclette pans, the wooden spatulas, the fondue pot and the fondue
forks with a mild cleaning agent and hot water. You can also clean the little raclette
pans, the fondue forks and the wooden spatulas in the dishwasher.
