l'appareil désigné ci-dessus est garanti durant une année contre tout défaut de fabrication.
Cette garantie prend effet à compter de la date de l'achat. Pour être valable, ce certificat de garantie doit être :
1. Soit certifié par le vendeur (date & cachet). Il doit être joint à l'appareil en cas de réparation sous garantie.
2. Soit la facture d'achat doit être jointe à l'appareil en cas de réparation sous garantie.
- L'appareil doit être retourné dans son emballage d'origine.
- Cette garantie ne couvre pas l'usure normale. Le fabricant ne peut être tenu responsable de dommages éventuels causés par un usage ou une
installation incorrecte, impropre, erronée, déraisonnable, non conforme à la notice, ou par des réparations effectuées par un personnel non qualifié.

en cas de :
- Modification des caractéristiques de l'appareil.
- Du non respect des prescriptions d'utilisation.
- Ou lorsqu'une cause étrangère à l'appareil est responsable de sa défaillance (incendie, foudre, humidité, exposition à une chaleur intense, sustentions
du réseau électrique, casse, transport sans précaution, bris par chute ou par choc ...).

The unit indicated above is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of one year.
This warranty will take effect from the date of purchase. In order to be valid, this warranty certificate must be:
1. Certified by the vendor (date and stamp). It must be enclosed with the unit for all repairs under warranty; or
2. The invoice must be enclosed with the unit for all repairs under warranty.

Das oben bezeichnete Gerät hat eine Garantie gegen Fertigungsmängel von einem Jahr.
Diese Garantie läuft ab dem Kaufdatum. Dieser Garantieschein ist nur gültig, wenn Folgendes zutrifft:
1. Er wird durch den Verkäufer bestätigt (Datum und Stempel). Er muss dem Gerät bei einer Garantiereparatur beigelegt werden.
2. Oder die Kaufquittung muss dem Gerät bei einer Garantiereparatur beigelegt werden.
- Das Gerät muss in seiner Originalverpackung zurückgeschickt werden.
- Diese Garantie deckt nicht den normalen Verschleiß ab. Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Haftung für eventuelle Schäden, die durch einen falschen
Gebrauch oder eine fehlerhafte, ungeeignete, irrtümliche, unangemessene, nicht der Anleitung entsprechende Installation oder Reparaturen verursacht
wurden, die durch nicht dafür qualifizierte Personen durchgeführt wurden.

- Änderungen der technischen Daten des Geräts
- Nichteinhaltung der Bedienungsanleitung
- Oder wenn eine nicht dem Gerät zuzuordnende Ursache für den Fehler verantwortlich ist (Brand, Blitzschlag, Feuchtigkeit, außergewöhnliche Hitze,
Überspannungen im
Stromnetz, Bruch, Transport ohne Vorsichtsmaßnahme, Herunterfallen, Stöße etc.)
