SCREWS
Your GONG ALLVATOR is delivered with a screw/tool kit for mounting the foil adapted for the conne ction
between your foil and board.
Plugs are placed inside and on both sides of the mast to ensure watertightness.
The kit for all the ALLVATOR foils consists of the following:
1x M6-12 mm countersunk head

3x M6-16 mm countersunk head

1x M6-20 mm countersunk head

3x M6-35 mm countersunk head

4x M6-30 mm dome head

4x Washers

2x Pair of opened SCS brass nuts

MOUTING THE FUSELAGE
Before proceeding with the mounting of the foil, we recommend the use of an anti-corrosion
product on all the screws threads.
Connect the mast to the fuselage with the 3 M6-
50 mm screws
must face towards the square section of the
fuselage.
ADVICE ON FOIL PLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT
The US Boxes are placed so that the foils are in the optimal position in the centre of the US Boxes.
- further forward: the foil rises earlier and you need more front foot pressure. The foil is more reactive.
- further back: the foil is easier to control but less maneuverable and will take off later. At first you should set
the foil backwards and move it forward little by little as you progress to find the optimal setting.

MOUNTING THE FRONT WING
Slide the front wing on the fuselage. For better
tightening, proceed in the following order.

Start with screwing the rear screw (above the

repeat several tightening efforts on the 3 screws.
First use the M6-20 mm
