Frequent or extended exposure to loud noise or sounds when using headphones can cause temporary or permanent hearing loss.
Individual susceptibility to noise-induced hearing loss and potential hearing problems varies. Minimize your exposure to loud
noises or sounds when using your headphones. To minimize the potential for hearing damage, keep the volume low enough that
you can carry on a conversation with people nearby. Although these headphones are volume-limited, the WHO recommends
limiting the use of headphones to no more than 2 hours per day. Extended listening may negatively impact hearing.
