in workmanship and materials under normal use for (2) years from the date of purchase.The
fan and DC cable clamps are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials under
normal use for (1) year from the date of purchase. A defective part or component during the
relevant warranty period will be repaired or replaced manufacturer's at choice without charge
to you for either parts or labor. This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear,
does not apply when the product is opened or repaired by someone not authorized by
manufacturer and does not cover parts damaged by: misuse, moisture, liquids, dust, proximate
exposure to heat, accident, abuse, neglect or misapplication, or failure to comply with
instructions. This Limited Warranty does not cover physical damage to the surface of the
product nor does it cover any software that may accompany or be installed on the product.
Except for the Limited Warranty provided above and to the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law, manufacturer provides this product "AS IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS" and hereby
disclaims all other warranties and conditions, whether express or implied or statutory, including,
but not limited to: any implied warranties, duties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, or accuracy.
