Mode of Operation
The Radio Transmit and Receive Module, which can be fitted as an upgrade
to existing detectors, operates together with all 9 V FlammEx smoke
detectors to send and receive alarm signals.
The system coding ensures a high level of transmission security. The module looks
for incoming signals every 15 seconds, and transmits continuously when there is
an alarm for as long as the smoke detector is active.
