PRObLEMS
The pump does not
load upon ignition.
The pump is not able
to reach the maximum
pressure and the water
returns to the initial
source.
P r e s s u r e i r r e g u l a r

Excessive vibration of
the delivery.
Noise and low oil level. • Suction blocked or air infiltration.
Presence of water in
the oil.
Oil comes out of the
delivery side.
Oil comes out form the
oil seal of the shaft.
cAUSES
• Intake of air.
• Values that are dirty and/or sticking
together.
• Valves and/or valve seat of suction
and delivery worn or dirty.
• Regulation valve control unit is not
at "0" pressure.
• Insufficient number of revolutions.
• Valve and/or valve seat of regulation
unit worn.
• Small intakes of air.
• Nozzle holes too large and/or worn .
• Air intake.
• Valves and/ or valve seats of suction
and delivery worn or dirty.
• Pressure accumulator at source or
with incorrect pressure.
• Breaking of one or several dia-
phragms.
• One or more diaphragms are broken. • Replace the diaphragms (trained technician).
• Damaged or worn oil seal.
• Too much oil into the crankcase.
SOLUTIONS
• Check suction line (pipes, clamps, fittings, filter).
• Introduce water by connecting the pump inlet
to the water supply line (with pump stopped).
• Replace the valves or clean them. Check for
breaks in the suction filter.
• Correctly position the lever of the control unit to
release air from the pump.
• Check the number of revolutions and restore the
correct value.
• Replace valve and/or valve seat of the regulator.
• Check suction line (pipes, clamps, fittings, filter).
• Replace the nozzles.
• Check suction line (pipes, clamps, fittings, filter).
• Replace the valves or clean them.
• Re-establish the correct pressure(5-7 bar).
• In this case replace the cap.
• Check suction line (cleaning of filter, pipe
squashed and/or blocked).
• Sealing of clamps.
• Replace them.
• Do not continue to work with the diaphragms
broken but drain the water from the pump, and if
repair is not immediate introduce oil (or nafta) to
prevent the formation of rust in the internal parts.
• Replace the oil seal.
• Check the oil level and reset the correct one.
