Neutralisation station
FM155
Depending on their sulphur content, which is dependent on
the oil used, the condensates may turn out to be irritant.
Wear protective gloves and goggles.
The neutralisation station is used to neutralise acidic condensates from oil-fired condensation boilers and flue gas pipes.
The condensates run off from the pipe 6 through a first compartment 7 containing active carbon.
After this initial purification phase, the condensates reach a second vat 8 containing marble ganules. The pH increases by chemical reaction.
The neutralised condensates are discharged into the mains.
Place the neutralisation station flat under the siphon output
level.
Observe the assembly sequence. Respect the input and
output on the neutralisation station.
The condensates must be able to flow naturally from the
boiler outlet to the neutralisation station.
