Important advice
• Retighten the bolts regularly, in particular
after the first hours of use.
The manufacturer declines all res-
ponsibility for loss or damage
resulting from misuse or any
modification, alteration or powe-

manufacturer's original specifica-

In this case individual protection
measures must be taken.

Servicing and maintenance
The machine is designed to require only
minimum servicing and maintenance.
Make sure that the following points are
observed :
• Keep the machine clean.
• Do not allow any foreign body to penetra-
te into the electrics.
• After about every 300 hours of use have
the brushes inspected by a specialist. If
they are less than 5 mm long, replace with
new brushes. The brushes should be ope-
rated off load for about 20 minutes.
• At the same time, also check the condition
of the commutator. If the blades are not
uniform in colour and there are surface
stripes, the machine should be sent to an
approved workshop.
• The gear box and drive shaft should be
cleaned after 500 hours of operation.
• At this stage, the whole machine requires
servicing and should be sent to an appro-
ved workshop.
