Step 4
Connect the connection cable (46) to the
sensor cable (36).
Screw the rail (22) securely to the frame (1)
using a bolt (14), two washers (8) and a lock
nut (9). Place a plastic cap (70) on the bolt
(14) and the lock nut (9).
Secure the rail (22) to the frame (1) from
above using a � nger screw (2) and a washer
(35).
Screw a � nger screw (15) securely to the side
of the rail (22).
Screw the pedals (11) securely to the frame
using a bolt (12) and a washer (10) on each
side.
Step 5
Insert 2 x 1.5 V AA batteries into the battery
compartment on the computer. Check that
the batteries are correctly � tted.
The rowing machine is now assembled and
ready for use.
Using the computer
The computer comes on when you start
pulling the rowing machine's handle. You can
also turn it on by pressing the button.
The computer switches off automatically
when the rowing machine has been inactive
for around 4 minutes.

The computer's displays
The selected display is shown with an arrow
on the left or right of the display. Press
the button to move through the available
displays.
Press and hold the button for around 2
seconds to reset all the values, except the
total number of oar strokes since the last
battery change.

Time Displays the time spent
on the current exercise
session
Count/min Displays the current
number of oar strokes per
minute
Count Displays the total number
of oar strokes for the
current training session
Total Count Displays the total number
of oar strokes since the last
battery change
Calories Shows the estimated
calorie consumption
for the current training
session
If your computer does not display all
segments of the display properly, remove
the batteries and wait 15 seconds before
reinserting.
If the segments of the display become weak,
or if your computer does not turn on when
you start using the rowing machine, replace
the batteries.
