HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
- Véritable Garden is for indoor use only. Do not use in wet locations, e.g.
a poorly aerated bathroom, cellar, near open windows (especially at sea
front), or outdoors.
- Keep away from hot surfaces.
- Véritable Garden is not a toy. Close supervision is necessary when the
device is used by or near children or disabled persons.
- The light coming from The Véritable® Garden does not contain any UV
or IR radiation.
- Do not to stare directly into the light source as LEDs are very powerful
and dazzling.
- Caution : infants are very sensitive to bright and blue lights.
- Use Véritable Garden only for its intended use as described in
the instructions. Do not use attachments not recommended by
the manufacturer.
- Do not place or submerse the Reservoir, Power Cord or Lighting Pole in

Before use, please read these instructions
carefully and save them for future
reference. If the instructions for correct
use of the appliance are not observed, the
manufacturer's liability for any resulting damage
will be excluded.

- Never operate the device if it has a damaged Power Cord or Adapter, if it is not working properly, if it

- For safety reasons and under the terms of the warranty, the device and its plug must not be opened.

- The Véritable Garden uses only 12V low voltage. To reduce the risk of electric shock, it has a specific
plug. Do not change or alter the Adapter in any way.
- Always unplug the device from its electrical outlet before cleaning.
- In normal use, moderate heat from the Lighting Poles and the Adapter is normal and does not
present a risk of fire or burns.
- Never cover the Lighting Poles. Overheating can damage the LEDs.
- Lingots (soil block) are natural but not edible: Keep out of reach of children and pets.
QUICK START GUIDE
Where to place your Véritable® Garden ?
Indoor use only.
• Place near an electrical outlet.
• In a properly ventilated room.
• Away from reach of children
or pets.
• On a flat, even and stable
surface (Tilted surface can
decrease the reservoir
capacity).
• Optimal operating temperature is between
20°C and 30°C (68-86°F).
• The Véritable® Garden does not need sunlight,
OK and it can therefore be placed wherever you
might find it suitable, even in a windowless
room.
• Do not place the Véritable Garden on a metal
surface, it will disturb the magnet which
indicates the level of water.
• Avoid placing your Veritable Garden under
permanent direct sunlight (eg. conservatory
in summer), near heaters or air-conditioning.
Plants don't like drafts of air or dry air and could
dry out if they receive too much sunlight.
• If used in a bedroom, the Garden Lights can
interfere with the sleep cycle.
• Do not use the Véritable Garden as a single
source of light in a room.
• Avoid sources of pollution (eg. laundry ).
Note for the CLASSIC Garden
Do not place the CLASSIC Véritable Garden in
direct sunlight.
Risk of overheating and damaging of LEDs.
For use exposed to direct sunlight, choose the
SMART Véritable Garden.

- Remove the parts from the packaging.
- Check whether all parts are included.
