TOP MODEL SAFETY FENCE

1 IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SAFETY FENCE

The safety fence is designed for installation
around a swimming pool in order to stop
access to the pool of children under five. It can
also be used as a protection system for insta-
llations other than swimming pools.
The standard height of the TOP model safety
fence is 1.2 metres (see measurement dia-
gram on page 26).
The fence is anchored to the surface by means
of a band welded to stainless steel 43 posts,
which are anchored to the ground with screws
and inlaid fastening plugs.
It can be installed in combination with built
wall/s, of the house or fence of the house, mar-
king the area in which the pool is located, as
long as the wall/s are high enough to stop
access to the pool.

2. INSTALLATION ADVICE

Before assembling the safety fence, there are
a few points to bear in mind regarding installa-
tion:
The installation of the safety fence is designed
for an individual use pool.
The posts of the safety fence must always be
anchored on a stable and completely horizontal
base, such as concrete, tiles, wood... and not on
unstable surfaces such as soil or grass.
The safety fence should stop any possible
access to the pool, and therefore all gaps must
be fully closed.
It is recommended to install the safety fence at
least one metre from the pool, so that any
maintenance work can be done comfortably
without being hindered by the fence. It is also
recommended not to install the safety bar a
long distance from the pool so that the safety
fence is fully effective.
TOP MODEL SAFETY FENCE
If the safety fence is combined with one of more
walls, it is important that these walls are high
enough to stop access to the pool (the height of
the safety fence is always at least 1.10 metres)
and that access is not possible through entran-
ces (gates with child-proof locks).
Check that there are no fixed or mobile access
points (wall,...) both inside and outside the safety
fence perimeter within a radius of 1.10 metres.

king order of the locking system of the safety fence.
