- Page 5 Installation TRANSFER SWITCH Figure 1.2 — Utility Compartment Lock ENCLOSURE The standard switch enclosure is a CSA listed type 3R. Type 3R enclosures primarily provide a degree of protection against falling rain and sleet and is undamaged by the formation of ice on the enclosure.

Les boîtiers de type 3R offrent principalement un degré de protection contre la pluie et le grésil et n'est pas endommagé par la formation de glace sur le boîtier.
