comme anticoagulant.
Même si l'échantillon reste au
fond après avoir été retourné,
l'héparine est bien mélangée
avec l'échantillon. N'agitez
PAS vigoureusement le tube.

Préparez un tube à échantillon de sang
total (bouchon orange).
Débouchez le tube et pipetez du sang
total.
Bouchez hermétiquement le tube.
Retournez l'échantillon 5 à 6 fois (voir
« Retournement d'un échantillon pour
mélange » ci-dessous).

1 • Retournez doucement un tube à échantillon.
2 • Retournez l'échantillon à nouveau après
3secondes.
3 • Attendez 3 secondes et retournez-le à
nouveau.
4 • Répétez la procédure ci-dessus plusieurs fois.
