Locating Your Serial Number:
Your serial number can be found in the bottom left hand corner of the heater's instruction hang-tag. It
will begin with the letters "PGTT" followed by 8 digits. For Example: PGTT12345678. Have your Se-
rial Number ready before calling customer service at 800-779-3267.
Problem
Unit will not light.
Burner will not stay lit
when gas valve plunger
is released
Excessive flames coming
out of burner, not glowing
red. Flames flashback
