IMPORTANT!
• Before plugging in and starting the speaker system, make sure that all controls
are turned off or set to a low level.
Connections
Connect your device to the speaker using the cables and sockets detailed below:
Device Connection (cables not provided)
Phone, iPad or Use a 3.5mm plug to connect to LINE IN.
tablet The other end of the cable must fit your
CD/DVD player audio device.
MP3 player
Record player
TV
VCR
USB memory Plug in a USB memory stick to play MP3
stick files.
Microphone/ Use a microphone/guitar cable with a
guitar 6.35mm plug to connect a microphone.
NOTE:
• For best playback, make sure only compatible MP3 audio files are stored on
the USB memory stick.
Connecting the speaker to an additional speaker
• Connect a 3.5mm plug to the LINE OUT socket on the speaker.
• Connect the other end of the cable to an additional speaker.
NOTE: Please turn the volume of the LINE IN speaker to the loudest, and adjust
the volume via the LINE OUT speaker after connection.
Pairing a Bluetooth device
To connect the speaker to a Bluetooth device, you must first pair the speaker with the device.
1. Turn on the Bluetooth device (such as your phone or tablet):
• Go to settings on your device.
• Select Bluetooth and turn it on.
