18. Put the retainer strap (E) through the D-rings (F), (Figure 4).

19. Loop the retainer strap between the D-rings (G) (Figure 4). Pull the retainer strap until secure (Figure 5).

20. Insert the loose end of the retainer strap behind the Fowler.
21. Repeat steps 15 to 18 for the other retainer strap.
22. Place the linens on the support surface as loose as possible. This is to avoid a hammock effect that may increase
interface pressures.
