IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Follow basic safety precautions, including:
This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been supervised/
instructed and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the appliance before being charged.
Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the appliance and safely disposed of.
If the appliance is to be stored unused for a long period, the batteries should be removed.
The supply terminals are not to be short circuited.
A. Move ) from L to U.

Remove the battery holder.
C. Fit 4 x AA batteries.Replace the battery holder. Move ) from U to L.
D. Move ) from L to U.
Remove the holder. Fill with salt or peppercorns. Replace the holder. Move ) from U to L.
E.
Twist the bottom to adjust the grind: – fine + coarse. Press the button to grind, release to stop.
F.
After use, place the grinders onto the bases provided.

rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries marked with one of these symbols must not be
disposed of with unsorted municipal waste. Always dispose of electrical and electronic products
and, where applicable, rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries, at an appropriate official
