6.1 The installation of the pump
Before connecting the suppression pipes, partially fill the pump's shelter with oil in order to facilitate the first priming.
The installer has the reponsibility to connect the pump using the appropriate pipes.
The use of non-appropriate pipes could provoke damages to the pump, to the individuals and become pollutant.
The unclamping of connections on the suppression and aspiration pipes (threaded connections, crimped connections) could
provoke important environmental and safety problems. Control every connection after the first use and then, each day. If
necessary, clamp the connections and in case of doubt, change it.
Open the valve before any use of the pump. Close it after use.Ouvrir la vanne avant toute utilisation de la pompe.
For environmental respect, it is absolutely necessary to provide an anti-siphon valve in the facilities of air
tanks.
6.2 Electric plugging
The electric connection of the network must be done by a qualified electrician and be congruent with the national applicable
regulation. The cover of the motor's terminal box must always be closed and the gasket that ensures the protection IP55
must be correctly installed.
6.3 Précaution of use

Do not aspirate aggressive, chemical, gaseous or explosive substances with this pump.

Never use this pump with gasoline: THE MOTOR IS NOT EXPLOSIVE-PROOF.
 Do not use more than 1 minute with the gun closed.

Ensure that the liquid doesn't contain particles, do not forget to install a pre-filter before the pump.

This pump can be used continuously.
6.4 Use

To avoid leaks, we recommend the installation of the connections with Teflon or any product with a similar sealing.

When the pump is working, check if there's no leak, and check the good state of the flexible and aspiration
connections as well as the conformity of the electric connection.

6.5 Servicing and maintenance


This pump doesn't require particular servicing

During a long period of non-activity or use of low temperatures, we advise you to empty the pump's body, the
aspiration tube as well as the suppression flexible.

In case of storage and long non-activity, do not hesitate to oil the pump's body.

In case of frost, store the pump in a dry place, away from the low temperatures.

7. Waste disposal and recycling
As the owner of an electrical or electronic device, you are legally obliged to dispose of it
at your local dumping site or recycling center where you are able to leave your waste
electrical goods free of (UE 2002/96/CE of 27 january 2003).
In case you buy a similar product, you can also take it to your nearest dealer for disposal.
