Turn the control panel and secure it with a
nut (Figure 4). Place the magnetic key on the
control panel (Figure 5).

Please note:
•
Before using the treadmill, make sure that all parts are properly attached.
Tighten screws, knobs and nuts if necessary.
•
Always consult your doctor first before you start training.
•
Wear appropriate clothing and shoes.
•
Keep children away from the treadmill, whether it is in use or not.
•
Do not exercise within 2 hours of a large meal or 1 hour before.
•
Hold on to the handle during the exercise.
•
Only use the unit with enough space around it. Make sure that there is no
obstacle behind the unit that could hinder entering or leaving the treadmill.
•
Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: nausea,
dizziness, shortness of breath, severe shortness of breath, excessive
pulse, chest pain, trembling. Consult your doctor in case of any of these
symptoms.
