– At least one weighing cell is not correctly connected or the connection is back to front.
Check the connections. The colours of plug and socket must match.
Switch the scale off using the Start key and restart. The scale then works normally
again. If this is not the case, inform Servicing.
Er:1:12

– The maximum weight for switching on was exceeded when the scale was switched on,
e.g. if bed and patient are being weighed. Remove the load from the scale and start it
again. The scale then works normally again. If this is not the case, inform Servicing.
... one segment is permanently illuminated or is not illuminated at all?
– The relevant segment is faulty. Inform Servicing.
8. Maintenance/verification
Have the scale verified by authorised persons in accordance with national legal require-
ments. Verification is essential if one or more security marks are damaged or the verifica-
tion counter does not match the number on the applicable verification counter mark (cf.
page 27).
