For vehicles with spray-in bed liners, prep the hook and loop
pad attachment points with the supplied Primer 94. First, shake
the ampule and then push the center to crack open. Apply
to the area the hook and loop will occupy and let stand for 5
minutes or until dry. Apply to the same area and let stand for
5 minutes or until dry. This step can be skipped with standard
painted tailgates.
*One ampule covers about three hook and loop locations and dabbing
works best.
WARNING:
It is imperative to adhere the Tailgate TechLiner to the tailgate of the truck, as described above. Failure to do so may allow the Tailgate TechLiner
to lift during travel as a result of turbulent airflow. This could cause unsafe conditions for the operator of the vehicle or other vehicles nearby.

Remove the plastic backing from the hook and loop pads and
fold the Tailgate TechLiner back into place. Press down firmly
on the location of the hook and loop pads. Take care not to pull
apart or pull off the hook and loop backing until you affix them
to the tailgate.
