GUARANTEE
This equipment has been manufactured and inspected to perform to your entire satisfaction.
The guarantee applies to parts and labour and commences from the date of shipment from
our warehouse.
The duration of the overall guarantee is as follows :
- crimping tools (hydraulic pumps and presses) : one year,
- tools (dies, rounding) : one year.
The following are specifically excluded from this guarantee :
- products that have been repaired by unauthorised parties;
- faults due to incorrect use or service, which does not conform with the guidance in this
manual;
- damage to mechanical abuse (dropping from a height, use as a hammer, etc).

AFTER SALE SERVICE

RETURN OF TOOLS TO THE FACTORY.
In case of faults on the equipment, and in order to reduce downtime as much as possible,
will you please :
1° Send your tools postage paid to :
Route de Saulon - 21220 GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN - France
2° Necessary information required :
PLEASE STATE :
- the reason for return,
- the apparent nature of the incident noted;
- send the order or ask for an estimate by mail, telephone or
- the name of the address of this estimate in your company, or the name of the person to be
contacted if necessary;
- the address to which the equipment shall be sent back and invoiced.
Your equipment will be sent back to you as quickly as possible after repair.
PLEASE AVOID :
- returning tools (dies and punches) when it is only a problem affecting presses;
- splitting up hydraulic assemblies (a failure attributed to the pump may be due to a loss of
adjustment of the crimping head). Therefore the complete
assembly has to be sent back to us.
3° Estimate :
If a price quotation has been requested for a repair, work will
begin depending upon the promptness of your reply to this
estimate.
NOTE : A standard inspection fee will be charged if the esti-
mate is not accepted by the customer.
