PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Planetary mixer is used for preparing the food. Low rotational speed and high power allow for effi cient mixing of dense (heavy)
doughs, masses, etc. The bowl rotates independently of the agitator, which allows thorough mixing of food products in the bowl.
Correct, reliable and safe operation of the device depends on proper operation, therefore:

EQUIPMENT
The product is delivered as complete, but it requires some preparatory activities before the start of work, described later in this
user manual.
The product is supplied along with: a bowl (kneading-trough) and an agitator.
GENERAL USE RECOMMENDATIONS
Note! Read all instructions below. Failure to observe them may lead to electric shock, fi re or
body injuries.
ADHERE TO INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
Product is designed for professional use and should be operated by properly qualifi ed per-
sonnel.
The product is intended only for mixing of defrosted food products. Food products before
placing them in the bowl should be defrosted and prepared for mixing. If the texture of food
products does not allow for its easy mixing, it should be prepared before placing it in the bowl,
for example it should be minced.
Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the bowl. Observe indicators and read all informa-
tion regarding the maximum capacity of the bowl. It should be taken into account that during
mixing the centrifugal force can raise the level of mix in the bowl. When mixing, some prod-
ucts increase their volume even several times by mixing with air bubbles.
Recommendations for the product transportation and installation
NOTE! Product installation and connecting can be done only by qualifi ed personnel.
The product should only be transported in operating position. Avoid any shocks during the
transport.
Product can be placed only on a hard, fl at, level and non-fl ammable surface. Substrate
should withstand the weight of appliance itself together with foodstuff s put inside.
Provide proper ventilation at the place of installation of the product, none vent may be cov-
ered. Provide at least 10 cm breathing-space around the product and at least 30 cm over the
product. This will allow proper product ventilation. Do not place any objects upon the product.
It is forbidden to drill any hole in the product, nor any other product modifi cation not described
herein.
Place of product installation should be selected as to avoid any source of heat such as fur-
naces, heaters or in the vicinity of open fl ame. Place of installation of the product should be
