ASSEMBLY MANUAL
CAUTION! Follow the steps below during the assembly and use tools supplied with the product.
Prepare sufficient space for the assembly operation.
It is advisable to assemble the product with another person because of the weight of some elements.
1. Install the front and rear base
Fix the front (2) and rear base (3) to the main frame (1)
using bolts (13), curved washers (14), and nuts (15).
ATTENTION! Remove any plastic or cardboard safety
inserts before assembly.
2. Install the right and left pedal
Screw the right and left pedal (9L/R) to the crank (10).
Screw the right pedal bolt (9R) on clockwise and the
left pedal (9L) bolt counterclockwise.
NOTE! The right pedal is marked 'R' and the left pedal
is marked 'L'.
3. Install the saddle
Fix the saddle (7) and a towel holder (38) to the
saddle post (6) using flat washers (33) and the nylon
nut (26).
Next, fix the saddle post (6) to the main frame (1),
securing it with the saddle post knob (31).
NOTE! Do not exceed the maximum and minimum
height on the post when adjusting saddle post height.
NOTE! Before using the device, make sure the
saddle is stable in the guide.
