Troubleshooting

Before contacting the customer service center, please attempt the following solutions.
All other servicing should be done by an Airmega authorized service center.
No air comes out from the air outlet.
Check Is the power plug connected?
Solution Connect the power plug to an AC power outlet (120 V~ 60 Hz).

Are all the indicators turned off?

Touch the [Power] button to turn on the product.

Has power failure occurred?

Wait until the power is restored, and then try to use the product.
