Failure description
In normal operation, If Td < CT + 50 °F (10 °C) for continuous
5 minutes, the unit stops and alarms. 2 minutes and 50 s
later, resume automatically. If it occurs 3 times in an hour,
the failure is confirmed.

Wireless module can not detect 2 minute alarm

Pd - Ps = 51 psi for 3 minutes, if the outdoor protective stop.
Protect stop after 5 minutes, then restart.
