TROUBLESHOOTING
If your appliance is not working properly:
Problem
Appliance is not
turning on.

to heat or not
heating enough.

Possible cause
There is no power
going into the
appliance
The appliance may
not be able to draw
enough operating
power from the
outlet.
Temperature and
time setting may
need to be adjusted
Assembly may not be
fully connected
• Make sure the power cord is
properly connected to the
heating element.
• Make sure the power cord is
plugged into an electrical
socket.
• Switch the power cord to an
outlet that has no other
appliances attached to it.
• Change the cooking time and
temperature accordingly.
• Disassemble the appliance and
reattach the fan component.
Follow instructions in the
removing the electric fan
section.
