For 142mm or 148mm end cap replacement follow step 9.     Over-the-Air firmware updates you must use the Saris App for iPhone or Android devices. The Saris App can also calibrate the trainer. A spindown/calibration is recommended every 40 hours of use or after moving the trainer.
