The Win122 (SET VALVE STATUS) is active only when the pump status is STOP (refer
NOTE
to chapter Technical Information, Window Description and look for the meaning of
PUMP STATUS – Win205); it means that to vent the system when the ON COMMAND
modality has been selected, you need first to send a STOP command to the pump and
then you can act on the Win122 to operate the vent valve.
In the same way, the Win140 is active only when the pump status is STOP; in
peculiar, the Win140 became active after roughly 300 seconds from when the
pump status STOP is achieved. It means that if the pump is in a status that is
different from STOP, for instance the status is BRAKING, the pump will first reach
the STOP status (at the end of the BRAKING phase) and then, 300sec after the
pump has entered in the STOP status, the Win140 will become active, and it will be
possible to change the vent valve type.
When the AUTOMATIC modality is selected, the control unit drives the vent valve
automatically, setting the valve to OPEN/CLOSE, depending on the current PUMP
STATUS condition (refer to chapter Technical Information, Window Description
and look for the meaning of PUMP STATUS – Win205; VENT VALVE OPENING
DELAY– Win126; VENT VALVE OPENING TIME– Win147).
When AUTOMATIC modality is selected, the ON COMMAND modality is inactive.
