5 Fill the cooling unit at the filler neck (3) of the coolant container (4) with ABICOR BINZEL BTC coolant
up to the maximum fill level mark on the container.
6 Repeat this procedure approx. 2-3 times until the cooling liquid is distributed throughout the entire coolant
circuit and the maximum fill level has been reached.
7 Close the filler neck (3) with the screw cap (2).
Damage caused by unsuitable and conductive cooling liquids is not covered by the

NOTICE
• Make sure that the coolant supply and return have been installed properly.
• For liquid-cooled welding torches, we recommend using ABICOR BINZEL BTC coolant.
• To ensure the maximum cooling capacity, check the condition of the coolant regularly.
6.3.1 Bleeding the system
Optimum cooling is only guaranteed if the air has been bled from the entire cooling system.
Bleed the entire cooling system as follows when used for the first time and after every cable assembly
replacement:
1 Connect the intermediate cable assembly coolant hoses to the cooling unit and make sure that the entire
coolant circuit is closed.
2 Switch on the cooling unit on the front of the device.
3 Disconnect the coolant return hose from the cooling unit and hold it over a collection receptacle.
4 Close the coolant return hose and release it again by repeatedly and abruptly opening it.
NOTICE
• Repeat this procedure until the coolant drains out continuously and without air entrapment.
• Check the minimum fill level on the cooling unit.
• Check the tightness of the connectors and nozzles to prevent coolant leakage!
5 Reconnect the coolant return hose.
6 Check the coolant fill level.
