ISTRUZIONI PER L'INSTALLAZIONE
FUNZIONAMENTO
Il disaeratore FAR contiene al suo interno una particolare cartuccia filtrante brevettata che separa dall'acqua le bolle d'aria che
si generano all'interno dell'impianto. Il flusso d'acqua che entra nel disaeratore incontra la resistenza della cartuccia filtrante che
porterà così l'aria verso la parte superiore, dove è presente una valvola di sfogo aria automatica che provvederà a eliminarla.
INSTALLAZIONE
Il posizionamento ideale per l'installazione negli impianti di
riscaldamento è sulla tubazione di mandata subito dopo la
caldaia, dove la temperatura del fluido è più alta e posto tra due
valvole d'intercettazione.
Negli impianti di raffreddamento è opportuno installarlo
sulla tubazione di ritorno.

Attenzione! Per un corretto funzionamento il disaeratore
deve essere sempre installato in posizione verticale.
Nella parte inferiore del disaeratore è presente un attacco
filettato da 1/2" con un tappo dove è possibile installare un
rubinetto di scarico (Art.3447).

É possibile ruotare la valvola di
sfogo aria di 360° e indirizzare così
lo scarico dove risulta più opportuno,
senza dover arrestare l'impianto.
MANUTENZIONE
Per effettuare la manutenzione bisogna prima di tutto
chiudere le valvole d'intercettazione poste prima e dopo
il disaeratore e successivamente svitare con l'aiuto di una
chiave a pappagallo il corpo superiore (Fig.1). Una volta
estratta la cartuccia e pulita rimontare il tutto.
Nel caso si verifichino perdite dalla valvola di sfogo aria
occorre pulirla o sostituirla procedendo in questo modo:
Rimuovere completamente il cappuccio e con l'aiuto di
una chiave a brugola da 4mm svitare la valvolina di sfogo
per poi procedere con la pulizia o la sostituzione.
Per il corretto inserimento dell'asta sul galleggiante,
capovolgere il cappuccio del disaeratore e riavvitare la
valvola sfogo aria come illustrato in Fig.2.

OPERATION
The deaerator contains a patented filter cartridge specially designed to remove entrained air bubbles from the circulating water.
The air rises to the top of the deaerator body and is then expelled through an automatic air vent .
INSTALLATION
For heating systems, it is recommended that the deaerator be
installed where water temperature is highest, which is in the
flow line just after the boiler. Upstream / downstream isolators
should be provided for maintenance.
For cooling systems the deaerator should be installed
in the return line.

Note! To operate efficiently, the dearator should always be
installed in a horizontal pipe run, with the body upright.
A ½"- threaded connection is provided at the bottom of the
deaerator. If necessary, a drain cock (Art.3447) can be provided
to fit this.

The automatic air vent can be
rotated through 360° and purging
can be carried out without the need
for shut-down.
MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE
Close the isolators on either side of the deaerator, unscrew
the upper body using an adjustable wrench (Fig.1) and
take out the cartridge. Clean the cartridge and return to its
position and replace the upper body.
Should there be leakage from the automatic air vent,
remove for inspection by taking off the cap and Allen screw.
The air vent can then be cleaned or replaced, if necessary.
On re-assembly, care is necessary to ensure that
the stem fits correctly to the float. Turn the upper body
upside-down so that the air vent discharge is horizontal
(Fig 2), then replace the Allen screw. The upper body
can then be replaced.
