ISTRUZIONI PER L'INSTALLAZIONE
FUNZIONAMENTO
Il defangatore è un dispositivo che installato in centrale termica separa dall'acqua tutte le impurità presenti nella rete idrica che
potrebbero provocare malfunzionamenti dei componenti presenti nel circuito.
ATTENZIONE: Data la presenza di parti magnetiche, si raccomanda ai portatori di pacemaker di stare
a debita distanza durante il funzionamento e la manutenzione. Si presti attenzione anche all'impiego di
apparecchiature elettroniche in prossimità dei magneti per evitare di comprometterne il funzionamento.
INSTALLAZIONE
È preferibile posizionarlo sul circuito di ritorno prima dell'ingresso
in caldaia, in modo tale da intercettare le impurità che potrebbero
danneggiare la caldaia e i circolatori. Si consiglia inoltre di installare
apposite valvole d'intercettazione per svolgere la manutenzione.
Attenzione! Per un corretto funzionamento il defangatore
deve essere sempre installato in posizione verticale.
Nella parte superiore del defangatore
è presente un attacco filettato con
un tappo dove è possibile installare
una valvola automatica di sfogo aria
per facilitare l'espulsione dei gas.
Per l'eventuale installazione della
valvola di sfogo aria automatica
FAR, rimuovere il tappo superiore e
avvitare la valvola.
L'attacco superiore è da 1/2" per tutti
i modelli di defangatore.

MANUTENZIONE
Il defangatore richiede una periodica pulizia del filtro
interno per rimuovere le impurità depositate.
Oltre alla normale procedura di scarico tramite l'apposito
rubinetto situato nella parte inferiore (Fig.1), é possibile
svitare con l'ausilio di una chiave a pappagallo il corpo
inferiore (Fig.2) e sfilare la cartuccia filtrante per le
operazioni di pulizia (Fig.3), in maniera de eliminare
tutte le impurità.

Prima di procedere con la manutenzione,
rimuovere svitando a mano le bussole
porta magneti come rappresentato in
Fig.A, successivamente si potrà svolgere
la pulizia del defangatore nello stesso
modo precedentemente descritto.

OPERATION
The dirt separator is a device installed in a central heating system, which filters out any impurities in the water supply which could
cause malfunction of the components in the circuit.
WARNING: Due to the presence of magnetic parts, it is recommended that persons with pacemaker take the
necessary precautions, remaining at safe distance during functioning or maintenance.
Also the use of electronic devices next to magnets requires attention, in order to avoid malfunctioning.
INSTALLATION
It is recommended that the dirt separator be installed at the
boiler inlet, so as to stop impurities which could damage boiler
and pumps. We also advise installation of appropriate shut-off
valves for maintenance operations.
Warning! Always install the dirt separator in the vertical
position in order to guarantee correct function.
A threaded connection with a plug is
located on top of the dirt separator, so
that an automatic air vent valve can
be installed to make the gas purge
easier. A FAR automatic air vent valve
can be installed just by removing the
upper plug and screwing the valve on
the dirt separator. All versions of the
dirt separator are available with 1/2"
upper connection.

MAINTENANCE
The dirt separator requires a periodic cleaning of the
inner filter, in order to remove any impurities deposited.
Besides the discharge procedures effected by means of
the apposite drain cock located in the lower section of
the dirt separator (Fig.1), it is also possible to unscrew
the lower body (Fig.2) with the aid of a plumbing wrench
and take off the cartridge for cleaning operations (Fig.3),
so as to remove all impurities.
