DISPLAY MODE SWITCH
Use this switch to set the function of the digital meter to one of
the following three:
1. BATTERY %: The digital meter displays an estimate of the
percent of charge of the battery connected to the charger
battery clamps.
2. VOLTAGE: The digital meter displays the voltage at the
charger battery clamps in DC volts.
3. ALTERNATOR %: The digital meter displays an estimate
of the output of the vehicle charging system connected
to the charger battery clamps as compared to a properly
functioning system.
CHARGE RATE SWITCH
Use this switch button to set the charge rate to one of
the following:
1. 12V – 2A / 24V – 5A CHARGE RATE: Charging small batteries
such as garden tractors, snow mobiles and motorcycles. The
2A / 5A rate is not intended to be used as a trickle charger
for larger batteries.
2. 10A or 20A CHARGE RATE: Charging automotive batteries,
marine batteries, and deep cycle batteries. Not intended for
industrial applications.
