Assembly Instructions
Carefully unpack all parts before attempting to assemble.
1. Press the 5 casters (I) into the holes on the nylon base (H) by using a
minimum of 15lbs of strength. The casters must snap into the nylon
base (H). Insert the gas lift (G) through the center hole on top of the
nylon base (H). Insert the bellow (F) over the gas lift (G).
2. Attach the back cushion (A) w/back support to the seat cushion (B)
by using 4 screws (C), tighten fully with enclosed Allen wrench (J).
3. Attach the seat plate (D) to the seat cushion (B) by using 4 screws
(E), tighten fully with enclosed Allen wrench (K).
4. Put the pre-assembled seat cushion unit over the gas lift (G). Align
the hole at center of seat plate of the seat cushion (B) with the top
of gas lift (G). Then, press down with even pressure until they are
firmly secured to finish the assembly.
