Warranty
Warranty has duration of two (2) years from the purchase date, which includes any repair service and spare parts
cost for malfunction caused by an mistake in the fabrication of the product, or materials used.
The warranty does not cover any fault due to misuse of the product, vandalism, , force majeure (e.g. fire –
earthquake etc.), unauthorized repair attempt as well as use of inappropriate fuel.
Finally, the warranty is limited only to the replacement/repair of the defective element and doesn't cover losses
(material or not) caused by this malfunction.
Shipment of the device for repair in warranty, means implicitly acceptance of its terms.
Any shipment/delivery cost of the device for repair in warranty, burden the device's owner.
Any possible shipment for repair in warranty without actually having any malfunction on the device or in case the
malfunction is not covered by the provided warranty, the diagnosis cost burdens the owner of the device .
Packaging– Transport
The Bioethanol Burner is delivered fully packaged and comes with the following:
1. Bioethanol Burner
2. Handle to adjust the lid on the burner opening
3. Refilling Funnel
4. Special Handle for Burner's Placement
5. Manual
6. Warranty brochure and warranty terms.
The initial packaging is advised to be preserved by the buyer for the whole duration of the burner lifetime.
The packaging material protects the burner from any possible damage through its transportation.

Unpacking - Installation

To unpack the Burner, please follow the steps below:
1. Use a sharp tool (scissors, knife, blade etc..) and remove the packaging. Be careful not cut too deep as it
may damage the
burner.
2. Take out the content of the box and check from the provided list enclosed the packaging, that all the
expected
material are available.
3. Carefully read the manual and store it for future use.
Place the burner according to the manual's reference.
4. Place the burner.
5. DO NOT ignite the burner until you have read the section: Filling the burner with fuel

Safety Instructions

Bioethanol
Bioethanol is a colorless, flammable liquid with chemical type C2H6O.
Burner
It is intended to the common user and doesn't require special care from the user during its operation.
Read and comprehended the safety precautions before operating the burner. There it is informed all you should
know about its proper and safe function.
Save this for future reference.
Any omission of the safe usage precautions and operation can lead to an accident or damage.
Basic safety usage instructions:
▪ Never leave a burner in operation unsupervised.
▪ Keep children and pets away from the burner whether it is on operation or not.
