UNIVERSAL DUMMY INJECTOR
• Ensure that all safety and health regulations and those of the workshop are properly observed
when using this equipment. Compression tests on diesel engines must be carried out when
the engine is in motion.
• Use the tool in a properly ventilated room to avoid inhalation of exhaust fumes. Keep a fire
extinguisher on hand. The fuel supply must be prevented by operating the engine stop lever
or by disconnecting the electromagnet from the fuel pump. Be sure to keep the tester at
arm's length when releasing pressure to avoid personal injury. Protect your hands from burns,
as quick couplings and adapters can become hot during use. Count all tools and parts used
and do not leave them in, on or near the engine after use.
• Keep tools clean for optimal and safe performance. DO NOT use the test kit if it is damaged.
Wear approved eye protection. Wear appropriate clothing to avoid snags. Do not wear
jewellery and tie your long hair.
