• For optimal product functionality, a 5.1 sound source is required (for example, a 5.1 or 7.1 sound card, DVD player
with 5.1 decoder, cables or satellites, decoder with 5.1 decoder etc.).
1. Installation
1.1 Connection to a 5.1 sound card
Note:
Each sound card has different connections that are allocated for the front, rear and central audio channels. Identify the
connections on your sound card fi rst, so that you are able to connect the headset correctly. Refer to the manual of your
sound card for assistance.
• Connect the coloured jack plugs on the headset to the corresponding outputs on your sound card (green plug to
green socket, etc.). The headset cables use the following colour coding:
Red Front speaker
Blue Rear speaker
Green Centre and subwoofer
Pink Microphone
