Hysterese einstellen
Falls die im Sensor ermittelte Hysterese zu groß oder zu klein
ist, kann die sie neu eingestellt werden.
• Kolben in Position „Ausschaltpunkt" bringen.
• Programmierwerkzeug ≥ 5 Sekunden auf dem Sensor
platzieren. Die LED blinkt nach 2 Sekunden für 3 Sekunden.
• Programmierwerkzeug entfernen. Der Schaltpunkt wird
durch die LED angezeigt, ansonsten blinkt die LED.
• Programmierwerkzeug für ≥ 0,3 Sekunden erneut auf dem
Sensor platzieren, dann entfernen, 2 Sekunden warten. Nach
circa 2 Sekunden blinkt die LED zweimal.
Fehlersignalisierung
Nach den Programmiervorgängen blinkt die LED schnell für 2
Sekunden.
Mögliche Fehler:
• Hallsensoren in der magnetischen Sättigung
Luftspalt Sensor / Magnet bzw. Betätigungsmagnet
prüfen
• Kein Magnetfeld erkannt

Hysteresis adjustment
If the detected hysteresis is too big or too small it can be
readjusted.
• Putt he piston to position „switch-off-point".
• Place the programming tool at least ≥ 5 seconds onto the
sensor. The LED will flash up from the 2nd to the 5th second.
• Remove the programming tool. The switching point is
indicated by the LED, otherwise the LED flashes.
• Place the programming tool at least 0.3 seconds onto
the sensor again and then remove it immediately. After
approximately 2 second the LED will light up twice.
Fault signalling
After programming the LED blinks fast for 2 seconds.
Possible faults:
• Hall sensors magnetically saturated
Check air gap between sensor and magnet or actuating
magnet
• No magnetic field determined

The original operating and installation instructions are the Ger-
man language version. Other languages are a translation of the
original operating and installation instructions. This operating
instruction is valid for devices from year 2015 onwards.
Ajustage hystérésis
Dans le cas où l'hystérésis détectée est trop grande ou trop
petite, elle peut être de nouveau ajustée.
• Mettre le piston en position „hors service".
• Placer l'outil de programmation ≥ 5 secondes sur le
détecteur. La diode clignote après 2 secondes pendant 3
secondes.
• Enlever l'outil de programmation. Le point de commutation
est indiqué par la diode. Autrement, la diode clignote.
• Placer l'outil de programmation de nouveau ≥ 0,3 secondes
sur le détecteur, l'enlever ensuite, attendre 2 secondes. Après
2 secondes, la diode clignote deux fois.
Signalisation des erreurs
La diode clignote vite pendant 2 secondes après le processus
de programmation.
Erreurs possibles:
• Capteurs de hall dans la saturation magnétique
Vérifier l'entrefer entre le capteur / l'aimant ou l'aimant de
commande.
• Aucun champ magnétique identifié
Vérifier l'entrefer entre le capteur / l'aimant ou l'aimant de
commande.
