SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Product Specific Safety Precautions
1. Fire Hazard! Never refill the petrol tank in the
vicinity of a fire, boiler, stove, electric sparks or
any other source of heat or fire that may cause
the petrol to become ignited.
2. Avoid burns from the engine. After starting
the machine, keep all your body parts away from
the machine. Never touch the muffler, spark
plug, or other metallic parts of the engine while
running or when the engine is hot. Doing so will
likely result in serious burns.
3. Always operate this machine in a well
ventilated area. Exhaust from the engine
contains harmful carbon monoxide and
will cause death if operated in a confined
unventilated area.
4. When refilling the fuel tank, always turn off
the engine first and allow it to cool down for 20
minutes.
5. Do not smoke, allow sparks or other sources
of ignition around the fuel tank.
6. The rotating floor sweeper produces loud
noise when running. Prolonged exposure to
noise levels above 85 dBA is hazardous. Always
wear hearing protection when operating the
rotating floor sweeper.
