Commissioning
1) Before connecting the unit to the mains supply, ensure that the line voltage is identical
to that specified on the unit's rating plate (on the side of the gun).
2) Dilute the sprayed material in accordance with the above table.
3) Place the container on a paper base and fill in the prepared sprayed material.
Caution! Do not operate the spray gun without material in the container!
4) Position the spray gun on the container and turn the container to the right until the
container fits tight (Fig. 2).
5) Press the switch to start the spray gun.
6) The convey capacity can be varied by turning the fine adjustment knob (Fig. 3. arrow).

Spraying technique

•
Cover the surfaces that you do not want to spray. The paint mist can settle on the
surroundings. Therefore cover the surroundings of the surface to be coated thoroughly.
For your work take into account that wind, for example, can carry the paint mist across
greater distances, thus causing damage.
•
Do not spray the vessel empty. The suction tube should always be immersed in liquid.
•
If air is sucked in, larger drops may result.
•
Test spray cardboard or a similar material in order to determine the suitable spray gun
setting
•
Keep the spray gun horizontal as far as possible during spraying.
•
Carry out the spray movement with the arm, not with the wrist. This ensures that the
distance between the spray gun and the surface always remains the same during spraying
(Fig. 4).
•
The surface should be sprayed in cross coat in order to achieve the optimal spraying
result (Fig. 5).
Cleaning and maintenance
The spray gun only functions optimally if it is always stored in a cleaned and preserved
state until it is used again.
Attention! Never immerse the spray gun in liquid when cleaning.
